Conversations with God 78, Miracles Every Day
In March 2019, during the sabbatical year that came after my car accident, I wrote my 78th conversation with God. I take it out again today, together with the PuNolChi Mind Journey.
1. A sabbatical after 27 years
I give thanks, and thanks again, for grateful days brimming with joy.

A hurting world —
to become a bridge over troubled water
What did that little girl know, singing along to a pop song, when she said that one day, when she grew up, she would be a bridge over troubled water?
As one person in Korea on planet Earth, I have spent 27 years helping people whose hearts are hurting. After the car accident, I was given my first sabbatical in 27 years.
With my heart wholly gathered, I talk with God the Father. With what words will the Father send me his message each day?
"Pray."

"Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.
What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world and forfeit his life?"
(Matthew 16:24-26)
2. Once a month, a mind journey to Goseong
At the Green Narae Counseling Center in Goseong County, South Gyeongsang Province, the food expression mandala happiness coaching unfolds.
Now we take a mind journey once a month.

Every time I come to Goseong, certain people come to mind.
I heard that the elders who attended my food expression happiness coaching lecture at a senior welfare center handed my business card to the center's coordinator, saying, "Be sure to invite Dr. Kim Ji-yu" to where they live. Why was it, back then, that he called me?
"Now, if you obey me completely and keep my covenant,
you will be my treasured possession among all peoples."
(Exodus 19:5)
3. Look closely, and it is so pretty
In Goseong I met spring before anywhere else: nameless pink flowers, yellow dandelions, shepherd's purse blossoms and nameless wildflowers.
You must look closely to see it is pretty.
You must look long to see it is lovely.
You are like that too.
(Na Tae-ju, "Wildflower")

4. I took photos but didn't buy the ticket
Goseong, the happy city that opens the future
I went into the terminal to buy a bus ticket to Cheonan for tomorrow, took photos of the terminal under construction and the timetable, and came out.

Pooh, who was waiting outside, asked, "Did you get the ticket?" and I said, "What ticket?"
Oh, I went in to buy a ticket! My memory went completely blank~ haha
I can just buy it tomorrow. And yet someone says they like me for this, because I have such a human touch.
Living with headaches and dizziness, the aftereffects of the car accident, I am becoming a person with a human touch. It is truly a mysterious thing.

5. What words of wisdom will you give me today?
God the Father, what words of wisdom do you wish to give me today?
On my sabbatical desk: Jung's "The Self and Self-Realization," Yalom's "The Gift of Therapy," Professor Chang Hyun-kap's "Mind vs Brain," and Dr. Jung Ian's "50 Colorful Foods Good for the Body."

And food expression artworks that bloomed from colorful foods

"As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another.
Whoever serves, let it be with the strength that God supplies."
(1 Peter 4:10-11)
Reading today again through Trend Korea 2027
"Trend Korea 2027" says that the more AI endlessly produces polished results, the more precious human traces become. This is the "human edge."
The laughter of the day I came out with photos but no ticket, a single business card handed over by the elders, a plate of food set out by hand
Those traces, warmer for being imperfect, are the human touch that the PuNolChi Mind Journey keeps.
When is the moment with the most human touch that remains in your life?
