Conversations with God 94, Happy Home Meals of Food Expression, Made with Whole Love
On April 2, 2019, walking through the time of recovery after my car accident, I wrote my 94th conversation with God. I take it out again today.
1. A truly strong person
A truly strong person is one who comes to wisdom through God's love and puts it into practice.

"Love is…?" — what I expressed when I went to Los Angeles to lecture in 2016. Collective wisdom, we who are together.
My wish: to live my life as that one person, a healer of souls who heals the hearts of those who are hurting.

While receiving treatment at Severance Hospital in Sinchon…
2. The guardian angel of my life
I came to know that God the Father is always within me and, since I was a child, has been with me as the guardian angel of my life at every brush with death I did not even know of. Though I have no memory at all of the car accident, he brought the memory back to me through an out-of-body experience, and he cared for me at my side through every hard turn of life. Thank you, Father.

"In a time of favor I answer you,
on the day of salvation I help you.
Say to those in darkness,
'Show yourselves.'
Sing out, O heavens,
rejoice, O earth."
(Isaiah 49:8-13)
3. Time to walk again
Yesterday's breakfast, a happy home meal of food expression

After the car accident last June, my concussion symptoms were severe: three months lying down with dizziness, three months of slowly walking again, and then three more months. If I moved even a little quickly the dizziness got worse, so slowly, slowly… Preparing to return, I imagine myself healthier every day.
4. Caring for myself first
Caring well for myself first, and when the time comes, as God the Father leads, becoming one person who helps someone else

Thank you, Lord, who are always within me. Thank you, Lord, who lead me.

Reading today again through Trend Korea 2027
"Trend Korea 2027" sees menopause not as the end of life but as a halftime to prepare for the second half, and calls this the "half signal."
The nine months after the car accident — three months lying down, three months walking slowly, and three months again — were the halftime of my life. Even after that I had to spend a long time lying down, but my heart was always full of hope…
Listening to the signals my body sends, a home-cooked table set while caring for myself first became the first step into the second half.
What signals are your body and mind sending these days? How about a home-cooked meal for yourself today?
