1. 2022

   Becoming a University Elective

   I filmed nearly 12 hours of online lectures for “Healing Food and Health,” an elective for university students across Korea. A doctoral dissertation on food expression counseling based on the PERMA model, by K-FEAT branch head Lee Kyung-sook, was also completed.

   

2. 2023

   Seeds Planted in Yesan

   After moving to Yesan, I founded Yegaram Academy and held the first PuNolChi Mind Journey Healing Chat Exhibition with the members of a psychology, education and culture club.

   There was the Level 1 Food Expression Counselor course at Osan University's continuing education center, and on a trip to London, association teachers passed my dissertation to Professor Cipriani of Oxford University's Department of Psychiatry.

   

   

   

3. 2024

   A Door Opening to China

   In Shenzhen, China, where I had been travelling since the previous November, I took part in a person-centered expressive arts group, and in July I gave a PuNolChi Mind Journey happiness lecture in Guangzhou.

   

4. 2025

   The Busiest and Most Grateful Year

   In February I presented the “PuNolChi healing model” at the conference of the Korea–Indonesia Business Administration Society, and in April in Jakarta I finished my new book, Hey, What Are You Doing While You Eat? (너, 밥먹다 뭐하니?), and published it in print.

   At the Ttrenbi Farm care farm in Goyang I worked with slow-learner friends, and in August, at the International Expressive Arts Therapy Conference in Suzhou, China, I led a workshop so popular it went past its 30-person limit.

   In autumn I held the Creative Convergence Healing Exhibition and a Pukasi (푸카詩) book concert at the Hugwang Gallery of Yedang Tourist Farm in Yesan, and in November I presented the first “PuNolChi Award” at the literary awards of the Korea–Indonesia Cultural Research Institute in Jakarta.

   

   

   

   

   

   

5. 2026

   Declaring Our Dreams Together

   The PuNolChi Academy top leaders' course continued into its second cohort, declaring its dreams “apart and together”; I gave positive coaching to children at Galsan, Eunha and Hongbuk elementary schools in Hongseong; and in the summer, in Germany and the Netherlands, I became convinced that PuNolChi can go out into the world.
