An Agreement and a Dream Toward the World
On July 17, the Korean Youth Counseling Association and the Korea Food Expressive Arts Therapy Association (K-FEAT) signed an MOU. That same month we donated Food Expressive Arts Therapy books to the East Asia Library of the University of Washington in Seattle and dreamed of a new leap toward the global village.

A First Presentation in English
In January, at the ICSMB convergence conference in Manila, the Philippines, I gave my first presentation in English abroad. Standing in front of everyone I forgot every word I knew, but it was “a small first step toward the world.”
In February came an invited lecture for the Korean Women's Association in Singapore, and in summer a healing group at the Gongju Hanok Village.

Debuting Again
A year and a half after a traffic accident, in October I made an “again debut” with a workshop on integrative expressive arts therapy with a neuroscientific approach at the 37th Conference of the Korean Art Therapy Association. I was grateful that my health had slowly recovered so I could stand again, and truly thankful for the help of two experts, Bae Mi-ja from Gyeongju and Han Eun-hye from Cheonan.
My doctoral dissertation was introduced in 40 countries through LAMBERT Publishing, and with the Yeongdong County Public Health Center's dementia care center I started the PuNolChi dementia-prevention project. The Level 1 specialist instructor workshop in Jeju and an author's lecture at Kyobo Book Centre Gwanghwamun are also unforgettable.

A Positivity Vaccine Amid COVID-19
In the spring when everything stopped, I set a “healing vaccine” on the dining table. In May I published the book Let's Play, Study! (공부야 놀자) on food-expression study-play coaching, and in November, as the association passed its 10th anniversary, I met experts from across the country in Zoom workshops.

A Promise Every Monday Evening
The free Monday-evening Zoom lectures continued as a donation of talent and reached their 68th session in November. In October the association experts' healing essay collection 10 People, 10 Colors of Mind Cooking (10인 10색 마음요리) was also published.
